JUST KIDDING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - SKILL 

1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry, the competitions are open to all Australian residents between the 29/11/25 and last mail received 23/01/26. Employees of the promoter (including family members) are not eligible to enter. Entrants aged 18+ and children aged 4-13 years with parental permission are eligible to enter.

2. The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed ‘Just Kidding’ representatives. Final judging for the following contests will commence 24/01/26 and all prizing will be dispatched via Australia Post when product is available within 3 months of each competition ending. In the event of a winning entrant not being contactable via email or phone, Just Kidding reserves the right to select a new winner in accordance with these terms. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit.  These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash.  Prize winners will be published on the Just Kidding Website (www.justkidding.com.au) by the 01/02/26. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of each competition is final and binding on each person who enters.  No correspondence will be entered into.  The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.  All entries entered will remain the property of promoter and not be returned to entrant.    If for any reason, any of the below Competitions are not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who undermines the fairness of the competition (by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants), to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any direction given under state regulations, or any written directions given by a relevant regulatory authority.   

Entry into each of the competitions is free excluding internet connection charges. All entrants are able to enter each competition as many times as required.
