Just Kidding Challenge 2020
JUST KIDDING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - SKILL
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry, the competitions are open to all Australian and New Zealand residents between the 15/04/2020 and last mail received 25/05/2020. Employees of the promoter (including family members) are not eligible to enter. Entry is open to all ages however we encourage that guardians enter on behalf of a child aged 3-14 years old.
2. The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed ‘Just Kidding’ representatives. Final judging for the following contests will commence 25/05/2020 and all prizing will be dispatched via Australia Post within 4-8 weeks from the competition ending. In the event of a winning entrant not being contactable via socials, email or phone, Just Kidding reserves the right to select a new winner in accordance with these terms. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners will be published on the Just Kidding Website (www.justkidding.com.au) by the 08/06/2020. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of promoter and not be returned to entrant. The promoter reserves the right to publish or post these entries.
If for any reason, the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who undermines the fairness of the competition (by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants), to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any direction given under state regulations, or any written directions given by a relevant regulatory authority.
Entry into the competition is free excluding internet connection charges. All entrants are able to enter the competition as many times as required.
3. Prizes as follows:
Five winners will receive a Just Kidding toy & games pack valued at $1,000 each. Toys included will include but will not be limited to board games, activity sets, arts & craft packs, collectables and more.
4. Total Prize Value = $5,000. All prizes valued in Australian dollars, the promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and date prize is claimed. The Promoter reserves the right to supplement prizing with similiar prizing of the same value should any item not be available at time of prize fulfillment. The Promoter is not responsible for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.
5. Promoters are Yarra Media, Unit 2, 53 Henderson Rd, Yarra Glen, Victoria, 3775. Yarra Media have taken all due care and attention when choosing and publishing all content, names and recommended websites used in ‘Just Kidding’ & on the ‘Just Kidding’ website. Yarra Media holds no responsibility for accuracy of such content; however, feedback on our publication is welcomed.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition, to assist in providing the products or services an entrant has requested (if any), and to improve its products and services. The Promoter or any of its related companies may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, and may be in touch by any means (including telephone, email or SMS) at any time to let you know about products, services or promotional activities which may be of interest to you until you inform the Promoter otherwise.
